Granicus is a leader in the Govtech industry, dedicated to building technology that connects governments with the people they serve. With a history spanning 25 years, we support over 5,500 agencies and 300 million subscribers by providing cloud-based solutions for digital services, communications, and agenda management. We are looking for a Senior Segment Marketing Manager to join our remote team and drive the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that foster meaningful change in communities.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for education and special district markets that align with our business objectives and budget.
- Lead targeted campaigns across digital, event, and media partnership channels to grow our pipeline and bookings.
- Partner with sales, business development, and customer success teams to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
- Manage relationships with media partners, including contract negotiations to maximize our marketing reach.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing specialists regarding campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine our approach.
- Oversee account-based marketing efforts for our priority accounts.
- Analyze and report on program performance to leadership, focusing on return on investment and marketing impact.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for those who have worked in the public sector or government services.
- A proven track record of leading successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
- Strong experience in budget management and media partner relations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 USD.
