Granicus is a leader in the Govtech industry, dedicated to building technology that connects governments with the people they serve. With a history spanning 25 years, we support over 5,500 agencies and 300 million subscribers by providing cloud-based solutions for digital services, communications, and agenda management. We are looking for a Senior Segment Marketing Manager to join our remote team and drive the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that foster meaningful change in communities.

Responsibilities

Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for education and special district markets that align with our business objectives and budget.
Lead targeted campaigns across digital, event, and media partnership channels to grow our pipeline and bookings.
Partner with sales, business development, and customer success teams to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
Manage relationships with media partners, including contract negotiations to maximize our marketing reach.
Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing specialists regarding campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine our approach.
Oversee account-based marketing efforts for our priority accounts.
Analyze and report on program performance to leadership, focusing on return on investment and marketing impact.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for those who have worked in the public sector or government services.
A proven track record of leading successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
Strong experience in budget management and media partner relations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 USD.
