We are looking for a Senior Director, Brand & Corporate Communications to join our remote-first team and lead our efforts in shaping how the world perceives our mission and impact.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals and maintain integrity across all platforms.
- Lead long-term communications initiatives, including public relations, influencer engagement, and social media management.
- Manage reputational and crisis communications strategies with precision and foresight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging for product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Establish thought leadership by overseeing industry research and reinforcing our position as a leader in the digital experience space.
- Oversee the production of all corporate content, including press releases, op-eds, speeches, and web materials.
- Direct media relations efforts to elevate our reputation through proactive storytelling and relationship building.
- Implement efficient systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the communications function.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Between 10 and 15 years of professional experience in marketing communications.
- At least 7 years of experience in people management.
- Expert-level knowledge of brand management and strategic marketing planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate quantitative data into clear, informative narratives.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in media relations, including writing news releases and managing press interactions.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying risks and drawing valid conclusions from data.
- Experience working with geographical teams and a passion for supporting public sector entities.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our U.S.-based employees, which includes:
