The role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Australia and New Zealand team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership-level position where you will take ownership of our marketing success across the region. You will work closely with our executive team, sales leadership, and global marketing departments to shape our local strategy. Please note that due to the nature of our government-related work, candidates must be based in Australia or New Zealand and hold either Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident status.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our ANZ business goals, focusing on demand generation, events, and account-based marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform our messaging and product positioning.
- Manage the full-funnel marketing lifecycle, including the creation of high-quality content such as whitepapers, webinars, and email campaigns, while monitoring performance metrics to optimize our outreach.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing within a SaaS environment, specifically within the ANZ region.
- A degree in marketing, business, government, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public sector or destination marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write compelling content and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to lead by example and thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
We value the well-being of our team and offer a supportive environment that prioritizes flexibility. Benefits include:
- A remote working environment that allows for flexibility in your daily schedule.
- Quarterly unplug days, providing you with a paid day off to recharge.
- The opportunity to contribute to a global GovTech leader with a unique mission and platform.
How to apply
If you are a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about driving impact in the public sector, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to be considered for this role, ensuring you meet the residency and citizenship requirements necessary for our government-focused work. We look forward to reviewing your experience and discussing how you can help us grow our presence in Australia and New Zealand.
