The opportunity

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a vital part in shaping how we connect with our audience. You will be responsible for designing and executing impactful email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously refining our strategies to drive engagement and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional to contribute to a mission-driven company while sharpening their technical and analytical skills.

A day in the life

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with our broader company objectives.
Manage the end-to-end email process, including designing layouts, writing compelling copy, and ensuring all communications are optimized for mobile and deliverability.
Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management to help guide future marketing strategies.

Who you are

You are a marketing professional with at least one year of relevant experience and a passion for digital communication. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess the technical toolkit needed to succeed in a fast-paced digital space. Specifically, you bring:

Proficiency in email marketing software, such as Marketo, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Strong technical skills, including a working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage projects effectively.
