About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Styling Associate to join us on a contractor basis. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, using your keen eye for design and your sales expertise to guide them through our unique process. You will embody the Homee spirit by being confident, approachable, and truly invested in helping our customers create spaces they love.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing their needs through our dedicated messaging platform.
- Curate personalized furniture selections and cohesive design concepts that align with each client's specific style and budgetary requirements.
- Drive sales results by leveraging your design knowledge and collaborating with our internal orders team to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally within a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic interior design styles and a genuine willingness to expand your design knowledge.
- Showcase a background in retail, marketing, or a related field, combined with exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively, pay close attention to detail, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
As a contractor, you will enjoy the freedom of setting your own hours and managing your own workload. You will be compensated based on completed design projects and commissions earned on furniture sales. Additionally, you will have access to our internal support system, which provides resources and guidance to help you refine your sales techniques and design capabilities.
