We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at 5X, where we are simplifying the fragmented data landscape by providing an end-to-end platform that allows teams to focus on ROI from day one. As we continue to grow rapidly with the support of investors like Flybridge Capital and leaders from Datadog and Airflow, we need a dedicated professional to help us build a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive experiences for data teams, prioritizing high engagement and user enjoyment.
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap and maintain visibility for all stakeholders through consistent research and experimentation.
- Communicate clearly and frequently across our 100% remote organization to ensure alignment.
- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to champion the customer perspective throughout the development cycle.
- Foster a strong, collaborative product culture and serve as an active advocate for our product philosophy.
- Act as a bridge between 5X and our user community to ensure we remain part of the broader industry conversation.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
- Practical experience with data tools and a strong background in Data Engineering or the modern data stack.
- A proven track record of building and launching successful technical products.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence internal teams and represent the voice of the customer.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to lead execution as a product lead.
- Fluency in English.
