The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a foundational role in our data ecosystem. You will focus specifically on the bronze layer of our Medallion Architecture, acting as the vital link between our third-party sources and our internal systems. Your work will ensure that raw, unprocessed data is accurately mapped, ingested, and normalized. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on how we leverage data to support our clinical and operational goals.

A day in the life

• You will document data mapping and ingestion logic to bring raw information from diverse sources into our data lake, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
• You will establish and monitor robust data quality checks to proactively identify anomalies, schema drift, and missing values.
• You will build and maintain dashboards to track the health of the bronze layer, troubleshooting any ingestion issues that arise to keep our operations running smoothly.

Who you are

You are a technically proficient analyst with at least 36 months of experience who thrives on solving complex data challenges. We value candidates who bring a blend of technical skill and a solution-oriented mindset to their work.

• You have strong expertise in SQL and a solid understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies.
• You possess a background in Data Engineering or analytics, ideally with experience handling large datasets within a data lake environment.
• You have a deep commitment to data quality and modeling, with a preference for those who have worked with Scala, Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
• You have a strong grasp of healthcare data, which helps you navigate the complexities of our industry with ease.
• You are a clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
