At Chapter, we believe that navigating Medicare should be a clear and empowering experience for everyone. We have built a reputation for providing the best Medicare guidance in the country by removing information barriers and investing deeply in the training of our advisors. Unlike traditional advisors who may be limited to specific insurance carriers, our proprietary technology allows us to search every available plan from every carrier. This ensures that our members receive recommendations based on their actual needs, including their specific providers and prescriptions. We are a team dedicated to making sure our members feel supported during this important stage of their lives, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in Orlando.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Medicare Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for retirees, helping them navigate their Medicare journey with concierge-level service. You will use our advanced tools to help members save on out-of-pocket medical costs while ensuring they have the financial stability they deserve. Because we prioritize the needs of our members above all else, your performance is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and enrollment success rather than the specific insurance carrier chosen.
A day in the life
- You will spend your day connecting with seniors via phone and email, using a professional and empathetic approach to assess their unique healthcare needs.
- You will leverage our proprietary software to analyze and identify the most suitable insurance plans for each individual member.
- You will act as an educator, guiding clients through complex insurance options to ensure they feel confident and informed about their coverage decisions.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. You have a strong sense of ownership and are excited about setting and hitting ambitious goals. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 2 years of prior experience in Medicare sales.
- An active life and health insurance license, or a strong desire to undergo the training required to become fully licensed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A computer-savvy mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Why you'll love it here
We are committed to the well-being of our team members and offer a comprehensive package to support your health and professional growth. The base salary for this position is 50,000 USD to 120,000 USD, which includes an uncapped commission structure and equity compensation.
Our benefits include:
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums covered at 100 percent.
- Access to mental wellness support and concierge medicine through our partnerships.
- A dedicated home office budget and wellness programs to keep you balanced.
- Generous paid time off, including paid holidays and sick days.
- In-office perks like catered lunches and a well-stocked pantry.
