We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our remote team and help customers navigate their insurance options during the mortgage process. By providing qualified leads through our digital marketplace, we empower you to focus on what you do best: advising clients and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries from customers who are currently navigating the mortgage process.
• Provide expert guidance on the best insurance products available in our marketplace.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and secure new business.
• Guide customers through the policy purchase process, including verifying information, processing payments, and reviewing settlement sheets.
• Perform detailed follow-ups via phone and email to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain your P&C license and stay current on all industry trends, carrier products, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team through training sessions and brainstorming to help shape our future processes.

Must-haves

• An active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License.
• At least one year of experience in phone-based sales.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to recommend appropriate coverage clearly.
• A commitment to professional growth and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• High ethical standards, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing detailed administrative tasks.
• Fluency in English.
