As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Medicare Advisor to join our team in El Paso, where you will play a vital role in helping seniors secure the coverage they deserve.
Key outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of Medicare needs for seniors using an engaging and professional approach.
- Provide high-quality, concierge-level support to members via phone and email.
- Utilize our proprietary software to identify and compare insurance plans from every available carrier.
- Educate clients on their healthcare options, ensuring they understand their prescriptions, providers, and coverage priorities.
- Drive performance by focusing on customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and successful plan enrollments.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in both verbal and written formats.
- A high level of computer literacy and comfort with new software tools.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- An active life and health insurance license, or a willingness to undergo the necessary training to become a licensed agent.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is $50,000 per year, complemented by an uncapped commission structure that brings the total on-target earnings to between $80,000 and $140,000. Additionally, this role includes equity in the company.
