Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States. You will be at the forefront of our growth, shaping the strategies that connect our services with the millions of retirees who need them most.
Your impact
- Design and execute comprehensive B2B2C marketing strategies that drive growth through our partnerships with major organizations in the healthcare, financial, and technology sectors.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for our strategic partners, building and managing co-marketing campaigns that effectively reach their customers and members.
- Establish robust systems for ROI analysis and campaign optimization, ensuring our outreach efforts are data-driven and consistently delivering measurable results.
What you'll need
You should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable building structure within an evolving environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on B2B2C partner marketing.
- A proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and the ability to create high-quality marketing collateral from scratch.
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and GTM execution, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel occasionally to meet with our partners and attend industry events.
Perks and compensation
