Data Coordinator at AMP Robotics

The role

We are looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a remote position perfect for someone with about 12 months of experience who is ready to provide vital administrative and data support to our People Team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition as we move to a new HRIS system, helping us maintain data integrity throughout the process.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the entry and updating of employee information to ensure our records are accurate and current.
• Compile, organize, and review data from various systems and spreadsheets to identify inconsistencies or missing details.
• Provide general administrative support to the People Team, including the preparation of reports and files required for our system transition.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of confidentiality. We value candidates who possess the following:

• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail during data entry tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with the team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An ability to adapt to changing priorities and follow established procedures.

Compensation and benefits

This position offers an hourly rate of $20-$23 per hour. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work. Please note that this role is limited to 10 hours per week, with the project expected to conclude by December 31, 2026.
