What you bring

As our Events & Experiences Manager, you will serve as the engine behind our most important gatherings, from our annual company Summit to external industry conferences and internal team celebrations. This is a full-time, remote role that requires approximately two years of experience. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our events, ensuring every detail is polished and on-brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end planning and execution of our annual company Summit, including venue coordination, budgeting, and onsite logistics.
• Managing our presence at external industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars by coordinating sponsorship materials, booth logistics, and team staffing.
• Planning and executing internal company gatherings and team offsites that foster our unique culture and keep our distributed team connected.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or corporate marketing. You should possess exceptional project management skills and a natural ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Success in this role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm when plans shift. You must be comfortable managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and communicating effectively with stakeholders ranging from executives to external partners. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
