Role at a glance
We are seeking an Executive-level Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, where you will spearhead the development of a brand-new consumer product line designed to deliver significant value to our users beyond their Medicare needs.
Your impact
- Use data and user research to generate insights that inform your product hypotheses, design experiments, and drive meaningful learnings.
- Collaborate across teams to identify, scope, and launch new features that solve genuine user pain points while fueling business growth.
- Maintain a high-velocity release cadence by ruthlessly prioritizing the most impactful initiatives for our users.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of product management experience, ideally within a tech-driven, direct-to-consumer environment.
- A strong foundation in quantitative analytics and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Deep user empathy and a track record of testing hypotheses through rapid experimentation.
- The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly across different departments.
- A creative, visionary mindset that allows you to make informed leaps when data is limited.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work from our NYC office in a hybrid capacity.
- Excitement for the challenges and rewards of zero-to-one product development.
Perks and compensation
