Are you looking for an ambitious team with a relaxed atmosphere, a casual dress code, and a company that truly values your work-life balance? If you are a recent graduate or at the very start of your career and eager to dive into operational sales, we would love to meet you. We are one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in our sector, and we are currently revolutionizing corporate finance. While traditional banks can be slow and rigid, we provide small and medium-sized businesses with the liquidity they need for daily operations, inventory, and investments. With over 800 million euros in loans issued and a passionate team of more than 80 professionals, we are now expanding into the German market. This is your chance to join an established fintech with startup energy and help us build something meaningful from the ground up.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is an ideal position for someone with about 12 months of experience or a motivated graduate ready to launch their career. You will work in a remote or hybrid capacity, helping us drive our growth by assisting small and medium-sized enterprises with tailored credit lines and flexible financing solutions.
What will you do?
- Manage inbound pipelines and deals: You will handle incoming inquiries and qualified leads, guiding them from the initial contact through to the activation of their credit line.
- Conduct financing discussions: You will engage directly with business owners and managing directors via phone, email, and chat to analyze their liquidity needs and present our solutions.
- Close deals and support processes: You will negotiate terms, maintain our CRM system, and collaborate closely with our risk team to facilitate fast and efficient credit decisions.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in the fintech and finance sectors. You should possess the following qualities and skills:
- A completed university degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related field.
- A hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach and the confidence to speak directly with business leaders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.
- Fluency in German at a native level and a good command of English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of risk management and financial analysis.
What's in it for you?
We offer a dynamic environment where you can shape our market entry in Germany. Our benefits include:
- Remote and hybrid work flexibility supported by modern collaboration tools.
- Paid time off to ensure you stay refreshed.
- A dedicated professional development budget of 2,500 € and additional wellness programs.
- High-quality equipment including a MacBook Air, an iPhone, and noise-canceling headphones.
- Opportunities to participate in international team events and offsites at our headquarters in the Netherlands.
