We are currently looking for a visionary Head of Developer Relations to join our team and lead the charge in empowering developers to build the future of finance on our platform. Role at a glance

This is a senior-level, full-time position that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. You will report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of our developer ecosystem strategy and serving as a key advocate for the Radix platform globally.

Your impact

• Design and implement a comprehensive developer relations strategy that highlights the unique advantages of the Radix platform for DeFi application development.
• Lead, mentor, and expand our developer ecosystem team while establishing clear metrics to track community growth and engagement success.
• Act as a primary voice for RDX Works by engaging with developers through social media, technical forums, hackathons, and industry conferences to gather feedback and foster a supportive environment.

What you'll need

We value demonstrated passion and the ability to learn over formal credentials. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• A solid technical foundation with previous hands-on programming experience and a desire to dive deep into our development tools.
• Proven experience in Developer Relations, community management, or a similar capacity within the blockchain, crypto, or DeFi sectors.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a distributed, remote team.
• Strong communication abilities, allowing you to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and broader community interests.
• A strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the current challenges and opportunities within the DeFi landscape.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel for industry events and community meetups.
