The role

We are seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead our growth initiatives within the Radix ecosystem. This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. You will play a central role in our expansion, focusing on driving adoption and increasing the total value locked on our platform through high-impact strategic alliances.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to attract high-potential DeFi projects to the Radix platform, with a focus on increasing ecosystem value and on-chain activity.
• Cultivate deep relationships with DeFi project teams, DAOs, and institutional investors to foster a supportive and thriving investment environment.
• Manage our multi-million dollar grants program to incentivize innovation and support developers who are building the next generation of decentralized applications.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and a proven ability to drive business growth. We value demonstrated results over formal degrees, though you should be prepared to showcase your expertise in the following areas:

• Extensive experience establishing and scaling strategic partnerships within the crypto or DeFi sectors.
• Strong technical acumen regarding blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the unique challenges of the DeFi space.
• Proficiency in using data analytics to track KPIs, inform growth strategies, and measure the success of your initiatives.
• Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams across different regions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving industry with independence and strategic clarity.
• Fluency in English and comfort using core collaboration tools such as Slack, G-Suite, and CRM platforms like Hubspot.
