What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a high-visibility position where you will take full ownership of our social strategy, content production, and channel growth. We need a seasoned professional who can translate our complex technical narratives into engaging, platform-native content while working remotely with our global team.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across our platforms, with a primary focus on driving growth and engagement on X/Twitter.
- Lead the production of high-quality, social-native content, including short-form video and livestreams, while collaborating with design and creative partners.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize content workflows and use data-driven insights to report performance metrics to our leadership team.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 8 years of experience in social media and content marketing, ideally within the Web3, blockchain, or emerging technology sectors. We are looking for someone who is fluent in social-native culture and understands how to build communities within developer ecosystems. You must be comfortable managing multiple brand accounts, possess strong editorial instincts, and have a proven ability to use data to guide your strategic decisions. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be able to overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time.
