The Sui Foundation is dedicated to fostering the growth and adoption of the Sui network. As the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain built from the ground up, Sui empowers developers and creators to build innovative Web3 experiences ranging from finance to gaming. Our mission is to onboard the next billion users to Web3 by advancing global adoption of the blockchain, and we operate on core principles of transparency, open communication, and direct community engagement.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a high-visibility position where you will take full ownership of our social strategy, content production, and channel growth. We need a seasoned professional who can translate our complex technical narratives into engaging, platform-native content while working remotely with our global team.

What will you do?

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across our platforms, with a primary focus on driving growth and engagement on X/Twitter.
Lead the production of high-quality, social-native content, including short-form video and livestreams, while collaborating with design and creative partners.
Leverage AI tools to optimize content workflows and use data-driven insights to report performance metrics to our leadership team.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 8 years of experience in social media and content marketing, ideally within the Web3, blockchain, or emerging technology sectors. We are looking for someone who is fluent in social-native culture and understands how to build communities within developer ecosystems. You must be comfortable managing multiple brand accounts, possess strong editorial instincts, and have a proven ability to use data to guide your strategic decisions. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be able to overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time.
