What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior KOL & Affiliate BD Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be a vital part of our Business Development team, focusing on building and managing strategic partnerships across the Korean crypto ecosystem. This is not a standard sales role, as we are looking for someone with deep industry expertise who can hit the ground running with existing networks and a proven track record in the Web3 space.

What will you do?

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities within the Korean market.
• Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including negotiation, campaign planning, incentive structuring, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive user growth, improve conversion rates, and refine our platform offerings based on partner feedback.
