We are currently looking for a curious and driven individual to join our Market Research Department, where you will work closely with our Lead Market Researcher to interpret complex market dynamics and drive the success of our upcoming token launches.

What you bring

As a Junior Market Researcher, you will be an essential part of our team, helping us turn raw data into actionable strategies. This is a full-time, remote position that is perfect for someone with about 12 months of experience who is passionate about crypto, blockchain technology, and tokenomics. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating whitepapers, research reports, and market data to uncover meaningful insights.
• Spotting emerging narratives and trends within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems.
• Assisting in the development of long-term strategies to support project incubations and successful launches.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a deep interest in the Web3 landscape. We require candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, though we are happy to consider applicants with at least two years of active experience in early-stage investment strategies. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a solid grasp of DeFi protocols, such as staking, bonding, and liquidity provision. We value candidates who are proactive, communicate clearly, and have hands-on experience with research platforms like Messari, Glassnode, or Dune Analytics. A background in market research or data analysis within the Web3 industry will certainly set you apart.
