What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join us as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will act as our primary representative on external platforms, specifically Reddit, where you will manage our brand reputation and ensure our users feel heard and supported.
What will you do?
- Build and implement a comprehensive Reddit strategy that focuses on SEO and high-quality engagement through native content.
- Act as a vital bridge between our community and our internal product and support teams by synthesizing user feedback and routing technical issues to the right experts.
- Maintain a consistent rhythm of communication by managing our branded content calendar, moderating discussions, and tracking community sentiment.
