What you bring

We are looking for a Staff Security Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this senior role you will lead the design and operation of our signing and treasury security program, working closely with DeFi and trading teams to verify every transaction before it is signed. Your work will span Solidity, the EVM, and tools such as Foundry while supporting our continued growth across Security, DeFi, and Engineering. Three core responsibilities include owning the end-to-end signing regime and pre-signature verification workflows, managing and upgrading our canonical address and contract allowlist system, and running real-time monitoring across wallets, custodians, and DeFi positions that feeds into our SOC 2 incident-response processes. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You bring deep, hands-on mastery of Solidity and the EVM, allowing you to read arbitrary contracts and raw calldata without assistance, and you are fluent with Tenderly, Foundry-based simulation, and trace analysis. You have extensive operational experience with Gnosis Safe, Coinbase Prime, Anchorage, and Fireblocks, and you understand the failure modes of browser-based custodian extensions and hardware-wallet flows. Strong practitioner knowledge of protocols such as Aave, Morpho, and Stargate is essential, including their risk parameters, oracle structures, and bridge mechanics. A security-first mindset and natural vigilance disposition keep you energized by rigorous verification even under operational pressure. You communicate technical risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable producing audit-grade documentation while owning infrastructure end-to-end. English fluency and a collaborative, self-starting attitude complete the profile of our ideal candidate.
