What you bring
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a 12-month maternity cover position based in the United Kingdom. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work closely with our Head of People and Talent to manage the full employee lifecycle. You will serve as a key member of our team, acting as an HR Manager, Executive, and Coordinator to ensure our people operations run smoothly as we expand.

- Take ownership of internal HR databases, such as BambooHR, to maintain accurate records and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with our operations team and senior stakeholders to manage performance review cycles and facilitate final-stage interviews.
Requirements

You should be comfortable navigating complex employee relations and performance management processes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems like BambooHR is essential. Beyond technical skills, we look for individuals who embody our core values, such as taking initiative, doing the right thing even when it is difficult, and maintaining strong opinions that are loosely held. You must be fluent in English and ready to start this position by April 29th at the latest.
What we offer
We believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. We provide a supportive environment where you will be mentored by our leadership team and given the tools to succeed. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and long-term development.
- Learning budget to support your professional growth.
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our collective success.
- Coworking budget to provide flexibility in your work environment.
- Company retreats to connect with our global team.
