At Anchorage Digital, we are constructing the most sophisticated digital asset platform designed for institutions to engage with the crypto economy. As the home of the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, we provide essential services including custody, staking, trading, and settlement. We are backed by major industry leaders like Goldman Sachs, Visa, and Andreessen Horowitz, and we operate as a global team of over 600 professionals. We are currently looking for an Associate Institutional Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. While this role is remote, please note that we require all new hires to complete an in-person onboarding process to ensure our security standards and cultural integration are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in trading volume by engaging with crypto-native firms, including protocols, venture capital groups, and other buy-side organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global markets, utilizing internal relationships to address client needs with speed and precision.
- Develop and refine sales methodologies and operational processes to strengthen our overall go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in prime brokerage sales or sales trading.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of direct experience working within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Maintain a deep technical understanding of blockchain technology, including active participation in staking and governance.
- Bring an established network of institutional clients and industry peers within the digital asset space.
- Exhibit strong relationship management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
