We serve over 120,000 locations globally, offering a comprehensive suite of software that covers everything from inventory management and payroll to scheduling and applicant tracking. We are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will play a vital role in strengthening our client relationships by collaborating with our sales, operations, and customer success departments to ensure our users feel supported and informed.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement customer-focused communication strategies, producing high-quality content that highlights our latest news, product updates, and upcoming events.
- Partner with our customer success team to identify and document impactful success stories, transforming them into testimonials, case studies, videos, and fireside chats.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of customer engagement initiatives, including user groups, roundtables, and advisory sessions, while tracking key performance indicators to measure success and refine our approach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within an enterprise or SaaS environment.
- Proven background in customer marketing or a similar role that requires deep, ongoing engagement with a client base.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, with a portfolio that includes examples such as blog posts, emails, or articles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including the ability to scope projects, define requirements, and plan activities effectively.
- Practical experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
