The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a vital role in our growth. In this position, you will perform outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales nurturing to support the adoption of our SaaS supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for researching and engaging with key stakeholders within a focused group of accounts to uncover and vet supply chain initiatives. This is a strategic execution role where you will navigate complex business conversations, educate prospects on our unique value, and ultimately pass qualified opportunities to our internal leadership team for further pursuit.
A day in the life
- You will leverage our marketing technology stack to craft personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, voice, text, and social media engagement.
- You will conduct discovery calls to articulate our value proposition, ensuring you gather and document critical BANT information to qualify opportunities before handing them off to the sales team.
- You will collaborate closely with our Field Marketing and Area Sales Directors to execute targeted prospecting strategies and maintain Salesforce as your primary source of truth.
Who you are
You are an achievement-driven professional with a background in Software as a Service sales. You possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers.
- Proficiency in account-based marketing strategies and independent project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to be persuasive without being aggressive.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is highly preferred.
