The role
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Technologist on a full-time basis. The position is senior-level and fully remote, open to candidates located anywhere except New York, Colorado, California, Washington, or Canada.
Core responsibilities
- Act as primary administrator for our marketing technology platforms, maintaining data integrity, managing users, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring uptime and integrations.
- Configure, enhance, and integrate tools across the MarTech stack to support campaign execution, lead routing, and automated workflows while collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams.
- Oversee data-enrichment processes, ensure database health, document system integrations, deliver end-user training, and serve as the main liaison with platform vendors for support and resolutions.
Skills and experience
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a closely related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong technical command of marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LeanData, along with proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of B2B marketing and sales processes.
- Proficiency in English.
