The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be a vital partner to our product managers and engineers, helping to shape both the immediate tactics and the long-term strategic direction of our visual and voice products. You will move beyond simple aesthetics to help us define what we should build next, ensuring our solutions are both intuitive and elegant. By owning the end-to-end design process, you will help us maintain the high quality that our enterprise customers expect while contributing to our evolving design system and component library.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous discovery and delivery, translating complex problems into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct regular user research and testing sessions to validate your designs, ensuring every decision is rooted in human-centered design principles.
• Present your design solutions to stakeholders and leadership, fostering an environment of open feedback and iterative growth.

Who you are

You are a creative problem solver with at least 3 years of professional experience working closely with product and engineering teams. You have a sharp eye for visual detail and a deep commitment to human-centered design. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can effectively communicate your ideas to influence strategy across the organization. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as is the ability to create pixel-perfect work that balances form and function. We value candidates who are fluent in English and possess a collaborative spirit, especially those who have experience with enterprise SaaS products or an interest in the evolving world of AI-driven systems.
