The opportunity

We are searching for our very first Learning and Development Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will be the architect of our internal growth culture, designing programs that help our employees excel and align with our mission. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, working closely with leadership to turn feedback into actionable growth plans. This is a unique chance to build our learning infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

A day in the life

• You will partner with managers across the company to provide coaching and develop tailored learning solutions that boost team performance and collaboration.
• You will design and execute end-to-end learning programs, ensuring that our curriculum aligns with our strategic goals and supports employees from onboarding through their long-term career journey.
• You will facilitate engaging training sessions and utilize data to measure the impact of our educational initiatives, constantly iterating to ensure we are meeting the diverse needs of our growing team.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, ideally within the technology or ed-tech sectors. You possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, and you are just as comfortable with high-level strategy as you are with hands-on facilitation. You are a strong communicator who builds relationships easily, and you have the project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives at once. You are comfortable working in English, and you bring a tech-savvy approach to using data to drive organizational development.
