Replicant is a leader in Contact Center Automation, using advanced AI and Large Language Models to transform how companies handle customer service. We have seen significant growth, serving Fortune 500 clients and processing millions of AI-driven calls every month. We are now looking for our first Learning and Development Manager to join our People team and help us build a culture of continuous growth for our expanding workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic business goals.
- Provide coaching to managers and teams to improve performance and internal collaboration.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and develop high-quality instructional content for diverse learning needs.
- Manage the semi-annual 360 feedback process and synthesize data to identify actionable development trends.
- Create an exceptional employee journey, covering everything from onboarding to functional training and organizational knowledge.
- Partner with cross-functional departments, such as product and sales enablement, to ensure training supports new features and initiatives.
- Establish clear success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our educational and engagement efforts.
- Support company culture through strategic communication and internal events.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, ideally within the technology or ed-tech sectors.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, program management, and facilitation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively alongside senior leadership.
- A coaching certification or significant professional coaching experience.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and organizational development.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and data analytics to track program impact.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Fluency in English.
