Our data team is currently looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help us unlock growth by turning our vast data resources into actionable insights that drive product development and business strategy.
What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines while ensuring high-quality outputs by cleansing and auditing data from various internal and external sources.
- You will lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, including feature selection, training, deployment, and monitoring, while utilizing NLP and other advanced techniques to optimize user engagement.
- You will act as a bridge between teams by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate ML capabilities and translate complex data insights into clear, impactful strategies.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and data science. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with Python and Scala, along with a deep understanding of Machine Learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in modern frameworks and technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, Presto, and SQL.
- A proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English to both technical and non-technical team members.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for staying current with the latest advancements in AI to foster a data-driven culture.
What you'll get
