We are currently looking for a driven professional to help us expand our footprint within the performance marketing agency and digital publisher sectors, where our technology serves as a powerful tool for competitive differentiation.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to join us on a contract basis. This is a remote position designed for an experienced professional who thrives in an outbound-focused environment. You will act as a key driver for our growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on your performance and how well you integrate with our sales team. We are looking for someone who can commit to 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to scale that capacity up as results materialize.
Core responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: You will define and refine our ideal customer profiles, building high-quality, tiered target lists of decision-makers within marketing agencies and publishing firms.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: You will execute a consistent daily cadence of prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS, while crafting and testing compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Pipeline Management: You will conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, ensuring all CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in high-growth environments. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Account Executive, specifically within the MarTech or AdTech space.
- Proven expertise in selling to agencies and publishers using outbound demand generation strategies.
- Exceptional skills in concise copywriting and multi-threaded, multi-channel communication.
- Proficiency with essential sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various scheduling platforms.
- A high degree of professional ownership, characterized by disciplined documentation and proactive communication.
Compensation and benefits
This engagement offers a performance-based structure designed to reward your direct impact on our growth. You will receive $100 for every completed meeting, along with 3% of closed ARR. As a remote-first organization, we value the flexibility that comes with this setup. You will be expected to maintain core collaboration hours that overlap with U.S. Eastern Time to ensure seamless communication with our team.
