We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Operations Manager to join our remote team and help us scale our efforts through smart technology management and data-driven strategy.
What you'll be doing
- You will oversee our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, to ensure our tools are integrated, optimized, and producing clean, actionable data.
- You will drive our go-to-market execution by managing lead routing, scoring, and nurturing processes to support our demand generation goals.
- You will build and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance indicators, providing the team with clear insights into our marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- Deep technical proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management abilities, allowing you to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- A proactive mindset toward process automation and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
