Key outcomes

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap in partnership with our senior leadership team.
• Deepen our understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including scoping, feature prioritization, and ensuring feasibility with our engineering teams.
• Lead our UX design efforts to ensure our features remain intuitive and highly usable.
• Oversee the SDLC process and drive continuous improvement across our development workflows.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring that sales, marketing, and support teams are aligned and enabled for success.
• Author and track OKRs to guide the product team toward successful, measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and coach our product and design staff, promoting career growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Significant experience scaling SaaS applications within high-growth environments.
• Proven expertise in managing Lean and Kanban development flows.
• A strong advocate for high alignment between product and engineering teams.
• Experience working within a CI/CD environment that prioritizes frequent, daily releases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and effective time management.
• Proficiency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
