About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will partner with our growth function to identify new opportunities and perform direct customer outreach. By leveraging our firm’s thought leadership, case studies, and webinars, you will play a vital role in generating qualified leads, scheduling sales meetings, and helping our teams win solutions-focused work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a triple-touch outreach strategy using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Manage and track all prospecting activities within our CRM systems to ensure seamless collaboration with our sales and marketing partners.
- Support the conversion of inbound leads and marketing-qualified leads by aligning your outreach with our industry marketing calendar and specific account priorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 3 years of corporate or business experience, ideally within professional services or a B2B sales environment.
- A strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and social selling techniques.
- Proficiency with modern sales and marketing technology, including CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Pardot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in an environment that values growth and collaboration.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere, though you should be prepared for occasional travel for team meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
