We are Point B, a consulting firm dedicated to business transformation and technology services that unlock human potential. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling, on-brand content for growth marketing and storytelling initiatives.
- Assist the Senior Content Strategist with award submissions, public relations, and company news.
- Manage our organic social media presence, including content scheduling, performance analysis, and executive communications.
- Support the development of editorial calendars for recruiting and internal team content.
- Promote campaigns across organic channels to drive lead generation.
- Create resources and lead training on personal branding and social media best practices.
- Monitor employee sentiment on platforms like Glassdoor and Fishbowl.
- Edit content for quality, tone, and grammatical accuracy.
- Conduct competitive research and track social media metrics.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a business-to-business environment.
- Proficiency with contact management and social media software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative mindset and a customer-service orientation.
- Fluency in English.
