We are looking for a dedicated Program & Operations Specialist to join our Talent Readiness team, the heartbeat of our educational ecosystem, as we work to solve the global shortage of technology talent.

The opportunity

As a senior member of our team, you will serve as a central figure in the success of our learning programs. You will be responsible for orchestrating the complex moving parts that keep our cohorts running smoothly. From managing intricate schedules to ensuring our learners have a seamless experience across our digital platforms, your work will directly impact the growth and readiness of thousands of students. You will bridge the gap between our internal teams and our learners, ensuring that every process is efficient, effective, and designed for high-impact results.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end program calendar, ensuring all events, deadlines, and cohort-specific milestones are clearly defined and executed.
• You will oversee the technical setup and moderation of our learning platforms, including tools like Zoom, Google Calendar, and our LMS, while troubleshooting issues to ensure a frictionless user experience.
• You will analyze learner engagement data and program performance metrics to generate actionable insights, which you will then use to iterate on our processes and improve future program delivery.

You are a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments where precision is paramount. You possess a deep sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit that allows you to influence stakeholders across multiple departments. Your background includes:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with a keen eye for risks and milestones.
• A proven ability to solve complex problems rapidly and follow through on deliverables with high accuracy.
• A self-starter mindset, paired with the humility to seek feedback and the curiosity to continuously learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to manage diverse relationships, including mentors, speakers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in operations, program management, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
