Product Manager at Respondent Inc.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the roadmap for our self-service recruiting platform and API. Our organization is dedicated to transforming research recruiting technology, and we need a leader who can drive innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our product growth and user experience.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify new opportunities for innovation by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and competitor activity.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to define clear product specifications and feature priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of product enhancements and features.
• Utilize Jira to manage the product backlog and track project progress effectively.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches.
• Support technical implementation by working with third-party research partners to streamline API onboarding.
• Drive product adoption by working closely with our go-to-market and sales departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
• A strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of software development practices.
• Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Proven expertise in time and priority management within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in using Jira and other standard product management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A genuine passion for technology and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a product-led growth environment or a high-growth startup.
• Background in B2B marketplace businesses.
• Knowledge of search algorithms, including query logic, faceted searches, and boosting.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications.
