Are you ready to take the reins of a growth engine that powers a global community of over 3 million research participants? We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team at Respondent, where we have spent the last eight years building the world's most diverse and high-quality participant panel. With our recent launch of an API product that connects research platforms directly to our network, we are seeing rapid demand, and we need someone who is passionate about scaling participant supply to help us reach our next milestone.
What you bring
As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will operate in a full-time capacity to build and refine an acquisition engine that keeps our research studies full and our participants engaged. You will be based in Australia, working in a hybrid environment that balances time between our Sydney city office and your home. Your core responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing experiments across various channels and campaigns to drive consistent participant growth.
- Analyzing eight years of historical data from our 3 million-strong database to identify trends and execute high-impact strategies.
- Building and scaling effective referral programs that leverage our existing community to fill research projects efficiently.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives when faced with complex, ambiguous problems. You should have at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale growth initiatives, ideally within a B2C environment. Strong data analysis skills are essential, as you will need to query our database and present findings clearly to the wider organization. You must be a clear communicator who is comfortable tying your marketing efforts to revenue goals and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. We value candidates who are excited to build processes from the ground up and who possess the problem-solving mindset necessary to succeed in a fast-moving, global market.
What we offer
We believe in providing a flexible work environment that supports your productivity and well-being. As part of our team, you will enjoy the following benefit:
- Hybrid work arrangements that allow you to balance office collaboration in Sydney with the flexibility of working from home.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of shaping the future of UX research and scaling a global participant network, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our growing commercial team and help us reach our goal of providing the highest-quality participant supply in the industry.
