Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Australia, where you will work alongside our Sydney-based commercial team while collaborating with colleagues across North America. You will be responsible for defining our acquisition strategy and building the systems that keep our panel thriving.
Your impact
- Design and execute high-impact experiments across various channels to scale our participant supply globally.
- Dive deep into eight years of historical data to uncover trends, prioritize your roadmap, and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while establishing scalable processes that improve our recruitment speed and project fill rates.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale growth initiatives, ideally within a B2C environment.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including the ability to query databases and translate complex insights into clear, visual presentations.
- A proven track record of driving low-cost customer acquisition through organic, referral, and product-led marketing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an environment where you are often breaking new ground.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to the wider organization.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for building processes and hitting ambitious targets under pressure.
