What you bring

We are seeking a Product Designer II to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this mid-level role, you will work alongside a talented group of engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to craft meaningful experiences for our global community. Your work will directly impact how travelers navigate their trips, and you will be a key voice in our design process. This position is open to candidates anywhere, though we have a preference for those who can work on an east coast schedule.

• You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex user goals into elegant and memorable design solutions.
• You will take an active role in maintaining and operationalizing our design system to ensure consistency across our platforms.
• You will manage multiple projects across the product lifecycle, setting the vision for user experiences while clearly communicating the strategic value of your design decisions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with 3 to 6 years of experience designing for consumer-focused brands or agencies. You should possess a deep understanding of design systems and a track record of shipping customer-centric products for both iOS and Android platforms. We are looking for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with the ability to execute on tight timelines. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user through data and research. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your innovation and your passion for the travel industry is essential for this role.
