Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in France, where you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to drive growth and operational success.
Your impact
- Drive revenue growth for your restaurant portfolio by actively selling our solutions and optimizing their performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing departments to execute promotional plans and ensure our partners get the most out of our platform.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or a similar field.
- Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with MS Office and Salesforce.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively over the phone.
- A solid understanding of revenue management and the ability to work autonomously toward specific KPIs.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to help our partners succeed.
