Role at a glance

We are seeking a Junior Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere, provided you have a reliable home office setup. You will be responsible for reaching out to health plan members to coordinate essential healthcare evaluations.

Your impact

• Drive our mission by making high-volume outbound calls to explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members.
• Utilize approved scripts to persuasively offer services, handle rebuttals with professional courtesy, and ensure members feel comfortable and informed.
• Consistently meet daily performance targets, including call volume, appointment scheduling goals, and strict adherence to quality and attendance standards.

What you'll need

• At least one year of call center experience or two years of general work experience.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and conversational while navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• A persuasive nature with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Reliable high-speed internet service with at least 10MB upload and download speeds.
• The ability to commit to a fixed daily schedule and complete ten days of required paid training.
