What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven product strategy within the healthcare sector. Your work will directly impact how we manage risk and coordinate care for those who need it most.

• Lead the end-to-end development of data products, guiding them from initial ideation through to successful launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including data science, engineering, and clinical teams, to translate complex needs into high-value product features.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure our initiatives remain aligned with organizational goals and evolving industry trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least seven years of professional experience, including five or more years focused on product management or leadership within the healthcare data space. You should possess a deep understanding of electronic health records, claims data, and complex data integrations. Proficiency in data privacy regulations, particularly HIPAA, is essential for this role. We value candidates who have a proven track record of supporting multiple scrum teams and who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in data analytics and a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology will set you apart.

What we offer
