The role

We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a necessary daily overlap with the US time zone. You will serve as a key project manager, taking ownership of high-impact marketing campaigns from their initial concept through to final execution while working closely with our CMO.

Core responsibilities

• Take charge of defining the scope, goals, and necessary resources for all marketing projects within the organization.
• Oversee the master schedule and work plans to ensure that every marketing deliverable is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain clear communication channels by providing regular, transparent progress updates to all relevant stakeholders and adjusting strategies as project needs evolve.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in marketing and project management. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience managing marketing projects, ideally within a software consultancy environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field of study.
• Proven expertise in utilizing agile methodologies to manage quick-turn projects effectively.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with modern project management software tools.
• The ability to maintain a daily 4-hour overlap with the Pacific Standard time zone, specifically between 8 am and 12 pm.
• A clean criminal record.
