We are thrilled to invite you to join Loka, the 2024 AWS Innovation Partner of the Year, for a unique three-month experiment. We are a team of builders and innovators who thrive on creating cutting-edge solutions, from accelerating drug development for cancer research to eliminating food waste. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Lead to partner with our CMO and sales team to drive pipeline growth and strengthen our strategic relationship with AWS. This is a part-time, remote opportunity designed to test new growth strategies, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role if the experiment succeeds.
What you'll be doing
- You will drive lead generation by executing targeted, AWS-funded campaigns to secure 50 to 65 Marketing Qualified Leads and 6 to 13 Sales Qualified Leads.
- You will manage and nurture a self-controlled pipeline, focusing on identifying new opportunities that align with AWS funding programs like MAP.
- You will architect a scalable business development process, providing weekly progress updates and a final review of your ROI and success metrics.
What you'll bring
- You possess 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the SaaS, cloud, or broader technology ecosystem.
- You have a proven track record of working with AWS sales teams or managing cloud-focused campaigns.
- You are a skilled communicator in English who can build trust with stakeholders and craft compelling outreach messages.
- You are a strategic, data-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is available to work during early and core U.S. business hours.
