We are currently looking for a software engineer or cloud account manager who is ready to transition into an Associate Sales Lead role. We value your technical background and your ability to diagnose cloud architecture challenges above a traditional sales record. Key outcomes
- Partner with our Sales Leads to cultivate and secure high-value client relationships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from the initial introduction through to the final signature.
- Develop and maintain long-term connections with key stakeholders at AWS, both virtually and through in-person meetings.
- Work in tandem with our engineering team to define project scopes and guarantee the successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Act as a company representative at industry conferences and events to increase our visibility and broaden our professional network.
- Coordinate with sales leads, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MS or PhD is considered a plus.
- At least 3 years of technical experience in fields like engineering, AI/ML, data science, product management, or solution architecture, or equivalent experience in sectors like Healthcare or Life Sciences.
- A proven history of success in a customer-facing role, ideally within the technology industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts, particularly regarding data and infrastructure.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple diverse projects and customer requirements simultaneously.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively balancing competing priorities.
- The flexibility to travel up to 25% of the month to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Every other Friday off, resulting in 26 additional days of leave per year.
