What you'll be doing
- You will design and build high-converting web experiences using Webflow, while utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom functionality that looks great on every device.
- You will manage website performance and conversion optimization by using tools like GA4 and Hotjar to identify friction points, improve SEO, and ensure a smooth user experience.
- You will drive growth experiments and marketing efficiency by leveraging automation tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable, alongside AI technology to personalize our inbound pipeline.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our web presence. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Between 2 and 5 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development, growth marketing, and website optimization.
- A strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with marketing and automation tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to execute rapid experiments that improve conversion rates.
- A self-starting attitude and a passion for using AI and automation to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Fluency in English.
