With healthcare costs rising rapidly in India, we are working to bridge the gap for the millions of people who rely on employer-sponsored coverage. Our goal is to insure 10 million lives by 2025, and we are supported by major global investors like Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. We are looking for a Communications Design Associate to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Design is at the heart of how we connect with our audience, and we need someone who can help us build a compelling visual brand that goes beyond traditional marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold the visual identity and brand system for our products.
- Create engaging visual narratives that help HR professionals and employees better understand wellness and health insurance options.
- Work alongside other designers and business partners to address user challenges through the power of visual storytelling.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong grasp of design principles and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Up to 3 years of experience in creating visual design experiences for mobile and web products.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your illustrations and your ability to ship high-quality, desirable design work.
- The versatility to tell stories across various digital mediums and customer touchpoints.
- A solid understanding of how marketing, sales, product, and business functions collaborate to launch successful initiatives.
- A deep command of design craft and an excitement for taking ownership in an early-stage company.
