Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Analyst to join our Marketing team in a full-time, on-site capacity in India. You will be instrumental in building our Account Based Marketing function, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing them through the sales funnel to drive revenue.
Your impact
- Conduct deep-dive research into target accounts to understand organizational structures, financial shifts, and key decision-makers to inform our outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to design personalized engagement strategies for high-level contacts like CXOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, including personalized email, social selling, and cold calling, to qualify leads and secure initial meetings.
What you'll need
You should be a strong communicator with a knack for discovery and a deep interest in the healthcare and insurance sectors. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing prospecting role, ideally within the SaaS or IT industries.
- Proficiency with modern sales and marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, Lusha, Seamless.ai, and Outreach.io.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and a natural ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external prospects.
- Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
- A deep sense of empathy for customers and a drive to understand their unique needs.
